Wash & Fold is ₹99/kg, Wash & Iron ₹149/kg, Premium Laundry ₹249/kg and Ironing ₹20/piece. GST is additional on all four rates. Actual weight or count is checked at pickup.
Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron and Premium Laundry each require at least 5 kg per service. Ironing requires at least 20 pieces. Confirm that your order meets the relevant minimum when booking; you do not need to enter an exact quantity.
Wash & Fold includes washing, drying and a folded finish. Wash & Iron adds ironing and finishing for suitable garments before packing.
Some delicate fabrics, structured clothing and embellished garments need specialised care or Dry Cleaning. Share the care label or a photo so the team can guide you.
Results depend on the stain, fabric, age of the mark and previous treatment. Point out the stain and anything already applied to it. Complete removal is not guaranteed.
Tell the team about whites, colours and any known dye-transfer concerns when preparing your order. The appropriate handling needs to be confirmed for your garments; do not assume every piece can follow the same wash.
Pickup and delivery depend on your service area and applicable order conditions. Check your PIN code below or ask the team to confirm coverage and charges for your address.
Ask for a confirmed return date for your selected service and area. Standard, Premium Laundry and Ironing timelines are shown once approved; a preferred pickup time is not a promised delivery date.
