Terms & Conditions

A little clarity goes a long way. Read the basics of using our website and arranging care for your garments.

Draft for reviewLast reviewed

These draft terms set out the proposed website and garment-care framework for Mafia Cleaners. The current website is a preview: it does not confirm bookings, take payments or enter you into a cleaning-service contract.

Review draft. Business contact details and operational policies are awaiting confirmation. This page is not a final service agreement.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and avoid interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access or submitting information you do not have permission to share.

Service descriptions, example content and preview forms are for information. An enquiry alone does not confirm a pickup, price or delivery commitment. The operating company's legal details will be added to the launch version.

Booking and quotes

Before a live order is accepted, the team should confirm availability, the items included, the cleaning method, the total quote and any applicable taxes or additional charges.

A request remains subject to item assessment and availability. Changes to the scope or price should be explained and agreed before additional work begins. Promotional offers, if introduced, should state their eligibility and duration.

Garment care

Provide care labels, known damage, previous treatments and any special instructions when arranging care. Check pockets and remove personal belongings before handing over an item.

Results depend on the material, condition, stain and prior treatment. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Delicate fabrics, embellishments and items with missing or conflicting care instructions need an individual assessment.

Risks identified during assessment and any proposed treatment should be discussed before work begins. These draft terms do not waive responsibility for a service provider's own fault or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup areas, available slots, delivery arrangements and estimated turnaround times must be confirmed for each accepted order. Mention any occasion date or deadline before confirming a service.

Arrange access at the agreed location and check the recorded item count when handing over and receiving garments. If circumstances affect an agreed arrangement, use the confirmed order contact to reach the team.

Payments and cancellations

This preview does not process payments. Payment methods, payment timing and cancellation or refund rules have not been finalised and must be disclosed before a live order is accepted.

If you need to change or cancel an accepted service, contact the team as soon as possible. Any charge for cancellation or work already performed must be explained in the agreed order terms. This draft does not introduce a cancellation fee or fixed refund deadline.

Service concerns

For a live order, keep the order reference and describe the affected item and concern. Relevant photographs can help the team understand what happened.

The launch terms must explain complaints, re-cleaning, loss or damage claims and available remedies. This draft does not impose a compensation cap or remove statutory consumer remedies.

Changes and applicable law

The launch version must identify the operating company, service contact and applicable jurisdiction. No exclusive court venue is selected in this draft.

Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that applicable law protects. Updated terms for an accepted live order should be clearly communicated, and material order changes should be agreed with the customer.
