An everyday laundry request should not become another chore. You can start with a main service and leave the detailed quantities for an optional estimate later.

Start with a service, not a spreadsheet

Choose Laundry for the everyday pile, Dry Cleaning for pieces that need professional garment care, Shoe Care for pairs, or Home Care for an upholstery or carpet visit. If you already know the exact service, choose it from the optional list. Otherwise, continue with the main category.

A little preparation goes a long way

Check pockets and remove personal belongings. Keep unusually delicate or decorated pieces identifiable. Make a short note of what caused a stain, when it happened and whether you tried to clean it.

  • Empty pockets and separate personal items.
  • Keep garment care labels attached.
  • Note existing damage, loose trims or special finishing preferences.
  • For a set, explain which pieces belong together.

Choose a time you can actually keep

The booking flow offers four three-hour windows between 9 am and 9 pm, plus a before-or-after preference. Add access instructions when they matter: a gate, a building reception or a landmark. A time preference is useful only when the address and phone number are right.

An estimate is optional

After confirmation, quantities can give you a bill idea if you know them. Leave unknown weight out of the pickup request. Garments that need inspection should stay clearly separate from known-price estimates; a number on a screen cannot replace checking the actual item.

Keep this in mind

Choose the care. Share what matters. Let the item assessment settle the details.

Always follow the instructions for your actual garment or pair. A care plan needs to reflect its material and condition.
